In a cooperative effort between West Side Benevolent Circle, Inc., the Mansfield Electric Dept, Town of Mansfield Social Services, and Bluestone Bank, (fka Mansfield Bank) a fund was created in 2018 to offer an opportunity to families who have NOT qualified for federal or state assistance for their utility bills. It is designed to help families that might otherwise fall through the cracks.  

As the fund continues to grow, West Side, together with our cooperative partners, hopes to see our fund provide increased assistance to our residents.

If you are interested in making a donation to the fund, a yellow envelope comes in the electric bill once or twice a year to help grow this fund and help those in need. You can also make a donation directly to this fund through Mansfield Electric.
